Tibetan Teachings & Empowerments

SamadhiDev has received over 70 Buddhist teachings and empowerments. 22 of these empowerments have been given directly from H.H. The 14th Dalai Lama. 19 of these from The 17th Gyalwang Karmapa (The Head Of The Kagyu’s), Sakya Trizin (Head Of The Sakya’s), Taklung Tsetrul Rinpoche (Head Of The Nyingma’s), and Gankar Tulku Rinpoche (Head Of The Gelukpa Tulkus). These empowerments were given after his awakening in 1997 and were received without the request or any effort on his part.

2015 H.H. The 14th Dalai Lama: White Tara Long Life Empowerment



In 2010, SamadhiDev lived at The Gyuto Tantric Monastery in Northern India for six months during which time while abiding in silence he received teachings from the 17th Gyalwang Karmapa (The Head Of The Kagyu) and dozens of tantric empowerments from Gankar Tulku Rinpoche (The Head Of The Gelukpa Tulkus). During this time he also made daily visits to the Namgyal Monastery, the residence and main temple of H.H. 14th Dalai Lama where he received teachings and empowerments from the Dalia Lama. He then spent 12 months abiding in silence while living at the Drepung Loseling Monastery in Mundgod India. During these 12 months he also traveled throughout India visiting and staying at over 28 Buddhist, Hindu, and Sikh monasteries, temples and sacred sights.
